Future of HR
Partnership
The Work Foundation has a simple aspiration: to make good work available to all. Good work, which is fulfilling, healthy and productive, is the foundation of a successful, inclusive and sustainable economy. The Centre for Workforce Effectiveness is committed to conducting applied research that helps employers and policy makers deliver and benefit from more good work. We are also ready to challenge policy makers to embed the principles of good work into the way employment, welfare, business and health policies affect people of working age, both now and in the future.
