Programme evaluation

Understanding the value of development programmes is crucial to creating an effective workforce. 

The Work Foundation builds on a long tradition of designing, delivering and evaluating leadership development programmes to provide tailored approaches to evaluating both individual and portfolios of programmes.

We deploy a 'theories of change' approach to trace the diverse impacts of programmes and look to focus on broader outcomes rather than just short-term outputs. Utilising a range of qualitative and quantitative methods, The Work Foundation’s evaluations provide a strong evidence base for HR and L&D to assist both innovation and decision-making around leadership development.
